Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Evansmec(Pty)Ltd. was launched in 2015 to serve our local community. While the business is new, I’ve been helping friends, family, and neighbors with their tech problems for years. This experience inspired me to start this business and offer my services more widely.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: I primarily serve Mokopane and surrounding areas within a 45KM radius. I offer both on-site visits and remote support, depending on the nature of the IT issue and your preference.
Q: Do you offer emergency IT support?

Q: What if you can’t fix my problem?
A: I’m committed to finding a solution for every client. If I encounter an issue outside my current expertise, I’ll be upfront about it. In such cases, I can either research and learn how to resolve the issue, or if it’s more efficient for you, I can recommend other local resources or specialists who might be able to help.
